Many of our plants are working efficiently even after 30 years in different parts of the world. Our manufacturing process is so organised that we supply only the defect free oxygen and nitrogen plants. Before delivery to the clients, all plants undergo cold test to ensure smooth functioning.

Cryogenic Technology

Our manufacturing of air separation plants is completed with cryogenic technology. The technology works by liquefaction of atmospheric air which is separated into its constituent parts, namely, oxygen, nitrogen and argon on the basis of their boiling points via distillation in the air separation column. Cryogenic process is the only technique available in the market for generating oxygen with purity up to 99.7% and nitrogen with purity up to 99.99%. There are other techniques also like pressure swing adsorption but they do not match the performance and purity possible with cryogenic distillation.

Our air separation plants use cryogenic technology and can generate uninterrupted supply of oxygen and nitrogen. The most important part of a cryogenic O2/N2 plant is its air separation column which is made flawlessly with 100% German cryogenic grade stainless steel and welded with argon for delivering smooth performance with a life-cycle of over 25 years. Industries prefer using cryogenic based plants for their capacity to generate both nitrogen and oxygen. And, they come equipped with liquid pumps.
